There are four ways in which we can help our clients:

• designing and installing fixed pipework systems
• demonstrations, trial machines
• onsite servicing and trouble shooting.

What do you need?

It’s quite normal for you to know what you want to achieve, and to ask us which Gotland machine is going to be the best for achieving the tasks you have in mind.

We have a great deal of experience and we are happy to come to your site or works and assess precisely what you want our suction equipment to do. Then we will advise you as to which machine is best suited for the job, what size of powerplant you need, and whether there are any other items you need.

Sorting out the paperwork

Sometimes a site may need one of our machines to drive a fixed pipework system, especially in places where the cleaning up is on more than one level such as incinerator plants.

Working with your building and engineering plans, we can design the pipework around the most efficient delivery of suction power to wherever an operative needs to clean material up and away into the system for ultimate disposal.

Showing you what a Gotland machine can do

Sometimes seeing is simply believing. We can always arrange to bring one of demonstration machines along to your plant or site to show you and your colleagues what can be achieved.

Occasionally one of our machines will be needed for a longer trial period, in which case we recommend one is hired so that you can evaluate its performance over a longer period.

Servicing and trouble shooting

Because our equipment is relatively straightforward for suitable qualified engineers to service, and because our machines are designed for minimal servicing, many of our clients deal with the regular servicing needs themselves.

But if you can’t, we provide annual servicing agreements to take care of things. And if one of our machines should develop a fault – which is pretty rare – then just a ‘phonecall to the office will get our mobile engineer out to you.
