Key features and benefits

• The Gotland PacVAC is a heavyweight power pack which is used together with a filter and material collection unit. Its design and technical capabilities are suitable for a variety of different applications which need a more powerful unit to generate greater suction power.
• The power pack itself is electrically powered and designed to be stationary, or in a fixed place. Inside is a Roots-type blower, and it is available in two models enabling you to generate either 500 or 800mbar.
• Despite its power, the PacVAC is in fact a very quiet and reliable power source for removing of all sorts of material up to approximately 90mm in material size and where the density of the material is high. It is often connected to a piping network for suction of material that can be up to 300 metres away, depending on its size.
• The power pack is designed for continuous running and has been designed and built so that it can be sited either indoors or outdoors.

Technical Data

CHOICE OF VACUUM POWER
The electrical motor is available in different sizes, generating from 22 to 90kW. Using a v-belt drive, the motor powers the Roots-type vacuum producer to generate air volumes from 1,500 to 5,500 m³ per hour.

QUIET
Both the motor and the pump are mounted on a common frame, which also acts as a silencer. The power pack itself is fitted in a sound insulated steel enclosure, and the resulting noise level is
kept below 75dB(A) at 5m to keep it well within acceptable noise levels for working environments.

EASILY ACCESSIBLE
To facilitate service and inspection, three large doors are fitted to enable complete access and ease of serviceability.

Safety and protection features

• The power pack is fitted with a temperature guard, inlet and outlet silencers.
• One or two vacuum relief valves (depending on size) regulate the maximum vacuum according to stipulated values.
• A complete electrical cabinet is fitted with necessary start and control equipment.
• The power pack is also fitted with a control and safety filter for pump protection.
