Key features and benefits

• Very high performance is achieved by the CompVAC side channel exhauster, operating through a filter separator fitted with treated needle-felt filter cassettes.
• The combined power pack and filter assembly, which forms the heart of the unit, is fitted together with an integral 0.9m³ hopper.
• Fast and dust-free collection is made directly into the hopper through flexible operating hoses.
• When filled, the hopper can be easily discharged into an existing skip or container, onto a conveyor belt etc.
• The complete machine can be easily moved around by an ordinary fork-lift truck.

• An 18kW electrical motor 400V, 50Hz with a protective switch and direct drive, running off a 32Amp supply.
• A Siemens side channel exhauster fitted with a vacuum relief safety valve.
• Maximum sound pressure level 76dB(A) at 5m.
• Maximum airvolume is 1,200m³/h. Maximum operating vacuum is 400mbar.
• Integral hopper 0.9m³ capacity fitted with a large discharging door.
• Cassette type treated needle-felt filter assembly has a total area of 8m².
• Complete electrical cabinet with star delta starter and control equipment.
