Key features and benefits

• Having been collected, the shotblasting material is automatically discharged into a large bag, or a skip, or a container of your choice.
• The motor sizes are between 30 and 90 kW. The vacuum producer is a Roots type of blower and generates air volumes from 1,800 m³/h to 5,400 m³/h.
• The machine is fitted with a comprehensive filter system of 30 m² which is fitted as standard, plus a 6 m² safety control filter for ultimate pump protection.
• The filters are cleaned automatically using reversed air.
• The machine can be fitted with a star delta progressive phase starter, along with a temperature guard, a level guard, a phase turner and so on.

This machine is specially designed for the rapid collection of shotblastings, whether grit, copper slag and so on. It is complete, so no additional equipment is required. It comes fitted with fork lift channels and lifting lugs so that it can be handled easily by a fork lift truck or a crane.
