- An 18kW electrical motor 400V, 50Hz with a protective switch and direct drive, running off a 32Amp supply.
- A side channel exhauster, manufactured by Nash Elmo, fitted with a vacuum relief safety valve.
- Maximum sound pressure level 70dB(a) at 5m.
- Maximum airvolume is 1,200m³/h. Maximum operating vacuum is 410mbar.
- Integral hopper 0.4m³ capacity fitted with a 250mm discharge to be adapted to a big bag of your choice.
- Large cassette type treated needle-felt filter assembly with a total area of 10m².
- Complete electrical cabinet with star delta starter and control equipment.
- Automatic filter cleaning.
The combined power pack and filter assembly, which form the heart of the unit, is fitted together with an integral 0.4m³ hopper. Fast and dust-free collection is made directly into the hopper through flexible operating hoses. When filled, the hopper can be easily discharged into a big bag. The unit, including filter assembly, requires only minimal maintenance.
